1. General
These terms and conditions shall apply to orders of our mail order business. Included are orders at our online-shop via e-Mail, fax and phone.
The jurisdiction is Wuppertal
2. Contracting party, customer service
The purchase contract shall be concluded with the Friederike Pfeil Vertriebs oHG. Our customer service is available Monday to Thursday between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm and Friday between 8:00 am and 2:00 pm by phone at +49 (0) 800 80 444 66.
3. Shipping costs
We don´t charge shipping costs! Exceptions are for orders for a single unit. Shipping rates to Germany are 6 €. For shipping to Denmark, Austria, Belgium and the Netherlands we charge a shipping rate of 8 €.
4. Payment
We accept advance payment and direct debit.
• Advanced payment
If you choose advanced payment we ship the Goods after we receive your payment. Please enter your customer number and the order number at reference.
• Direct Debit (only Germany and Austria)
The debiting of the payment takes 7 days after ordering place. In exceptional cases can the direct debit be made before you receive the Goods. In case of a negative credit assessment we restrict the direct debit payment method.
5. Title
Title of the Goods shall not pass to the Buyer until the Seller has been paid in full for the Goods.
6. Transport damage
If you receive Goods with transport damages please contact the delivery agent and our company immediately.
7. Place of fulfilment
The contractual place of fulfilment is in Wuppertal.
8. Legal warranty rights
There are legal warranty rights for all of our products.
9. Contractual language
The available languages for the formation of a contract are German and English.
10. Privacy notice
Friederike Pfeil Vertriebs oHG is entitled to submit the user data to third parties which corporate with Friederike Pfeil Vertriebs oHG for provision of services. The transmission of the user data is limited to the purpose of the service. The applications of the user data by third parties, which are cooperating with Friederike Pfeil Vertriebs oHG, are limited to the purpose of provision of services.
